Caregiving Unfiltered – Caregiver Olympics: Games for the Sleep-Deprived
Caregiving is hard.
So we’re not hosting a training.
We’re hosting Caregiver Olympics.
This is the first event in our new Caregiving Unfiltered series, a monthly, interactive space for family caregivers to laugh, vent, connect, and remember they’re not doing this alone.
Caregiver Olympics: Games for the Sleep-Deprived is a virtual game night built for people who are tired, stretched thin, and still showing up.
What to expect:
- Ridiculous games like Guess That Medical Acronym
- Team challenges that reward relatability, not competitiveness
- Zero pressure to talk, perform, or turn your camera on
- Lots of laughter and “oh wow, same” moments
What this is not:
- Not educational
- Not a lecture
- Not a place to be fixed
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to be “on.”
Just bring yourself… however you’re arriving that day.
