Sandwiched KC is proud to present the third annual Heartland Caregiving Conference on November 1, 2025. The Heartland Caregiving Conference invites family caregivers in the Kansas City Metro to gather to learn best practices in self-care and caregiving, discover community resources that can help as they care for a loved one, and connect with others who share a similar experience. We’ll be kicking off National Family Caregivers Month and anyone who is caring for a loved one is invited to join!
