SELF-CARE & SUPPORT
The Four Agreements Book Club
for Family Caregivers
The Four Agreements Book Club for Family Caregivers is a supportive and empowering space designed specifically for those navigating the challenges and rewards of caregiving. Using The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz as a foundation, this group provides a chance for caregivers to explore its timeless wisdom and apply it to their unique roles.
The Book Club will be six sessions over the course of six weeks. Each session will take place at 7:30pm via Zoom and last approximately one hour. After the first meeting, each session will focus on one of the agreements, allowing caregivers to reflect on how these principles can bring greater peace, clarity, and resilience to their daily lives. We’ll also have a debrief session at to wrap up our book club.
The club encourages open dialogue, personal insights, and shared experiences in a warm and understanding environment.
Whether you’re caring for a loved one with a chronic illness, aging parent, or special needs family member, this book club offers a chance to recharge, gain fresh perspectives, and build a community with others who truly understand.
