Present at the Heartland Caregiving Conference
In-Person & Virtual | November 4, 2023
Sandwiched KC invites you to submit a presentation for the 2023 Heartland Caregiving Conference.
We are looking for presentations on topics like:
- Self-care and wellness for family caregivers.
- Navigating older adult and/or disability services, legal issues, and healthcare
- Caregiving success strategies (ie: assisting with specific hands-on tasks like bathing, feeding, toileting; making home modifications; using technology, etc.)
Presentations should be no longer than 30 minutes with 10-15 minutes for questions.
Deadline to submit presentations: April 30, 2023
This is a conference for family caregivers. Presentations should be informative, interactive, and, most importantly, useful to someone who is currently providing care to a loved one. We don’t want findings or research, we want people to come and share information that will help people survive caregiving. There will be no professional track at this event.
Please note: If you plan to stay for the entire day and you are not a sponsor or vendor, you must register.
Also note: We do not have funding to pay breakout presenters.
Submit Your Presentation Proposal
The application period for submitting proposals has closed. If you submitted a presentation, we’ll notify you by May 31, 2023 if your presentation was accepted.
