Sandwiched KC is proud to present the third annual Heartland Caregiving Conference<\/a> on November 1, 2025. The Heartland Caregiving Conference invites family caregivers in the Kansas City Metro to gather to learn best practices in self-care and caregiving, discover community resources that can help as they care for a loved one, and connect with others who share a similar experience. We\u2019ll\u00a0be\u00a0kicking off National Family Caregivers Month and anyone who is caring for a loved one is invited to join!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
