Free Chair Yoga Class

Anyone who is caring for a loved one is welcome to join us (and bring their loved one) for this free chair yoga class, led by Nancy Baum, a certified yoga instructor.

This class is being offered to family caregivers free of charge courtesy of CBD American Shaman.
