AARP’s Prepare to Care workshop provides you with information and resources to help you better care for yourself and the ones you love.\nIn this workshop, you will learn:\n\n5 steps to be prepared for caregiving and how to adjust caregiving plans as needed throughout your caregiving journey.\nHow to connect with other family caregivers to share tips and information.\nHow to find and use resources available to you.\n\n \nCaring for a loved one can be a rewarding experience, but it can also be challenging. No one is ever completely prepared for the job, especially since caregiving is often a long-term responsibility that may become more difficult over time.
